Fazenda IP is located in the Carmo de Minas region. In recent years, this region has become famous for winning the prestigious Cup of Excellence competition. The climate conditions, such as altitude, mountainous terrain, spring water sources, fertile soil and well-defined rainy seasons, all contribute to the excellent flavour characteristics of the coffee, making this region ideal for coffee production.
Fazenda IP is named after Isidro Pereira, the father of Luiz Paulo. Luiz has contributed to the family business with his knowledge of agricultural studies and new ideas and approaches.
Today, four coffee varieties are grown on the farm, processed using three different methods: washed, semi-washed, and natural.
