This coffee is produced on a private farm owned by Israel Degfa, located in Ana Sora. The farm is easily accessible by vehicle and is situated near the Adola washing station.
The washing station's location is advantageous not only because of its proximity to cities and favorable altitude but also due to Israel Degfa's continuous investment in the station's development, which has been enhancing the quality of the coffee produced.
A large team at the station meticulously sorts the coffee beans by hand, removing defects. The station is also equipped with flotation devices that help separate underdeveloped beans.
